Paid Internship for Students (Non Engineering) - Sibiu SCM Plant (Parcels&Deliveries)

• Archiving of documents
• Introduction of customs declarations in SAP system
• Parcel processing, creation of AWB documents
• Special logistics reports related to the delivery and parcel activity
• Issuance and tracking of any transport documents, as well as other documents accompanying the goods (processing of deliveries in the SAP program, issuance of invoices, CMR, notice of accompanying goods, specifications and customs requests)
• Responsible for maintaining our intern tools

Availability for at least 30 hours/week, especially during morning hours.

- Good English level B2+ (written and spoken);

- Microsoft Office know-how (PowerPoint, Excel)

- Proactive and adaptable to a multinational environment;

- Responsibility, attention to details, dedication and focus on results;

- People orientation;

- Good communication skills.
