Electrical Engineer (Curing & Final Finish)

담당 업무

Assists Maintenance Area Leader in the management of the Area Maintenance department.  Works with management to provide training to the maintenance team ensures the implementation of the local Maintenance strategies and is responsible for and supervises the Protection, Creation of Backups and Maintenance of control system software, such as IPC's, PLC's, Drives, Communication Devices, etc.

Ensures a proper diagnostic of electrical problems, repair, restart of production machineries of the area of responsibility in case of breakdowns.

Ensures compliance with the electrical standards defined by Engineering Tires (MES/C&D) for IPC’s, PLC’s, Drives, Machines Interfaces, Controls, etc. Maintains and updates applicable documentation in the area.

Setup and Configuration of IPC’s: IP Addresses and Host Names, Business Partner Access, IPC’s Imaging, Inventory, Back-up and Restoring, IT Security, Domain Integration, Manufacturing Systems

Identifies, analyzes and ensures the implementation of potential Controls & Drives improvements (including costs savings, downtime and scrap reduction) on area production machineries in cooperation with other departments.

Implements, Validates and Documents the hardware and software changes made to the Control Systems in accordance with Change Management Specification.

Provides support for breakdowns and specialized support to all internal and sister plant departments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field, or
  • 3+ years of relevant engineering working experience
  • Knowledge of problem-solving tools and method
  • Experience with Siemens and or Allen Bradley PLC

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICAITONS

  • 2+ years of C&D engineering experience in production industry
  • Experience in leading projects
  • Worked in international team, or cooperation with global team, or participate in cross location/country projects, and etc
  • English language ability (Good in oral and written)
