Functional/technical skills, Usage of different types of estimations (e.g. Relative, Magic), SMART and INVEST principles ,Scrum Methodology ,Scaled-Agile (SAFe) Methodology PLC/MLC Method, Tool, and Process Development ,Soft Skills ,Automotive Processes Project Management , ADAS specific software tooling
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in managing agile frameworks
- 5+ years of experience in working in a fast-paced or automotive environment
- 8+ years of experience in coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution
- 5+ years of experience in roles as a facilitator, project manager, technical leader or lead develope
- Moderation of meetings
- Facilitation of teams
- Training and Knowledge
