Head of Plant Engineering (MTE)

• Lead a total Team with aprox 250 employees both unionized and non unionized; 
• Leader in plant for technology development and innovation processes.
• Generate automation and digitalization roadmap and align execution.
• Lead the plant project team in replacement of equipment, design and specifying new production equipment, as well as install and commission new machines.
• Manage engineering projects to promote plant performance improvement. 
• Responsable for plant manufacturing IT systems implementation.
• Responsable for cybersecurity of production equipment.
• Maintenance strategy orientation and assuring daily execution dicipline.
• Ensure machines, equipment & tooling (molds & drums) are in optimal working conditions to meet safety, quality & efficiency targets.
• Optimize energy, gas, water, steam utilization.
• Responsable for Plant infrastructure, Facilities and Utilities.
   

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
• Project Management - Advanced.
• General Management & Leadership - Expert.
• English - Advanced.
• Engineering in several fields - Advanced.
