MCR Curing Operator

- Cure the GT and to produce good quality of tires.   

- Ensure scrap generated from curing process does not exceed the target set.

- To do hot inspection for Zero Degree tires.  

- Ensure output meets the target set.

- To maximize the curing cycle per target setting.   

- To move the completed cure tires to inspection. 

- Ensure the defects (repair)  on tires cured do not exceed the target set.

- Understanding and adherence  to environmental, safety and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by ESH Department and also to take care of own safety as well as working colleagues within  the plant premises.

- Always adhere to company rules & regulations and Work Instructions according to the requirements from time to time.
