Senior Pricing Specialist

Support PLT (Passenger) Business Unit in establishing target prices for each product and sales channels, leading and executing the Pricing actions quickly and effectively. Lead the price research process, creating and maintaining analytical reports (dashboards) in order to support business decisions. Responsible for pricing analysis, recommendation, definition and negotiations with sales leaders, marketing and controlling areas for Andean Region.

Pricing Specialist;

Advanced / Fluent English;

Desirable Portuguese (as a differential)

Analytical skill (Dashboards in PowerBI, Advanced knowledge in Excel, market researches)

Statistics and math skills

This role entails providing support to the Passenger and Light Truck - Replacement Business Unit in determining the most suitable prices for each country within the Andean region. The successful candidate will be skilled at building strong relationships across various hierarchical levels and able to effectively lead and execute pricing strategies. They will be responsible for driving quick and efficient pricing actions while ensuring the proper execution of pricing strategies.

In addition, this role involves leading price surveys and developing and maintaining analytical reports in the department dashboards to support decision-making. A strong background in market research, proficiency in mathematics, and an ability to identify market opportunities and trends are crucial skills for this position.

Hybrid work: home office 2 days a week.
