Join us as the Plant Maintenance Planner, where your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth equipment operations;
- Utilizing predictive maintenance tools to identify and address potential issues proactively;
- Maintaining organized records and files for efficient maintenance tracking.
- Overseeing spare part management to minimize downtime and keep operations running seamlessly;
- Reporting essential KPIs, contributing valuable insights to enhance maintenance performance;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
- Supporting workshop organization to optimize maintenance processes.
- Contributing to department and group targets, driving excellence throughout the organization;
- Introducing and maintaining the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) method at a golden level;
- Assisting in KPI improvement activities, shaping a more efficient maintenance ecosystem.

Profilja
- Customer-oriented mindset;
- Knowledge of QMS / BPM, with an emphasis on quality orientation and quality tools;
- Proficiency in technical realization of production equipment, process capability, and process documentation;
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles;
- Strong networking and collaboration skills;
- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) knowledge;
- Experience in equipment and spare part management;
- Technical expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, and electronics;
