We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Engineer to join our Infrastructure team, focusing on Access, Identities, and Resources. In this role, you will support and further develop key enterprise services, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Resource Directory Services, and Access Services such as VPN firewall access and external partner connectivity.
This position is ideal for individuals with initial technical experience who are eager to grow, learn, and take on increasing responsibility in a highly collaborative environment.
- Support operations and lifecycle activities for:
- PAM and PIM platforms
- Identity & Access Management systems
- Resource Directory and related directory services
- Access services, including firewall policies for VPN and partner connectivity
- Assist in troubleshooting, incident handling, and change implementation across the service scope.
- Contribute to harmonization, complexity reduction, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Participate in service transformation activities and support modernization projects.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Work closely with senior engineers and service owners to continuously improve the environment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support secure and reliable service delivery.
Votre profil
- Initial technical experience in IT infrastructure, security, or identity management (internships, training programs, or first job experience welcome).
- Basic understanding of networks, authentication concepts, directories, or access management.
- Strong willingness to learn, take responsibility, and develop deeper expertise in Infrastructure and IAM topics.
- Analytical mindset with a structured and solution‑oriented approach.
- Team player with good communication skills and a proactive working style.
- Interest in automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Nice to have: Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
- First experience with ticketing systems or ITSM processes.
