Logistics Support Associate

This position is classified as hourly and is primarily responsible for providing operational support within the logistics department. The logistics support associate will assist with various tasks related to the logistics department. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and works collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient logistics operations.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Support Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our logistics operations, with a focus on track services, warehouse, and apparel department coordination. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the coordination of logistics activities for our track services team, including inventory management, and pre/post-event logistics support.
• Supporting the apparel and warehousing areas by facilitating shipping and receiving processes.
• Assisting in providing data related to logistics activities.
• Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics, track service & warehouse operations, or apparel coordination is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to follow instructions written in standard English.

Must be able to work overtime, as needed.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to bend, climb, squat, crawl, reach and twist frequently.

Ability to lift 20-75 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs. plus (with assistance).
