ContiTech develops and produces products for the automotive and other important industries. Our Sun Prairie, Wisconsin location is seeking multiple Production Operations personnel to join our team.

THE POSITION

• Production operators are responsible for safely operating various types of industrial machinery (extruders, reelers, compressors, lubricating equipment, and more in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work well with others and good attendance is an expectation!
• You will have the ability to traing and after 6 months bid on open positions within the business.

Votre profil

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Ability to work 2nd (3pm-11pm) or 3rd (11pm-7am); shift is determined on the basis of seniority per union contract
• Must be able to read specifications and work instructions, use hand tools & gauging equipment
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift;
• Ability to push, pull, reach product regularly throughout the work shift
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred but not required.
