SAP Central Key User/Business Analyst Controlling Systems_ APAC

1. Process

 - Implementation and introduction of uniform standards for cost accounting tasks.
 - Creation, evaluation, prioritization and approval of system change requests.
 - Coordination with those responsible for the other SAP modules.

2. Service

 - Technical support of the organizations and business process advisory.
 - Further development of the tire cost accounting system in terms of content and technology (SAP CO) (Change
   Management).
 - SAP CO incidence response to tire companies.
 - Support of tire companies in context with legal changes (P&L)
 - Creation of business concepts for cost accounting in cross-company projects.

3. Trainings / Tests

 - Implementation of system, process and concept training in all tire companies worldwide.
 - Documentation and communication of new processes and concepts.
 - Testing and approval of system changes in cost accounting-relevant systems (SAP CO, BW, PM, IM, PS). 
 - Support in sales systems testing (eBITS environment)

4. SAP Rollouts / Projects

 - Project management in the introduction of new processes and standards in the field of cost accounting and support in sales systems projects, worldwide.
 - Creation and documentation of requirements at the introduction of system solutions (Book of
   Requirements).
 - Definition and implementation of standardized cost accounting concepts for new / changed tire companies.
 - Training and business acceptance tests.
 - Migration of existing data (cut over concepts).
 - Go-life support (hyper care).
 - Communication and coordination with tire and group controlling functions (group, division, BU).

5. Other Projects

  - Management and participation in national and international projects in the area of cost accounting. Support in sales systems projects.
  - Further development of intercompany solutions (forward invoicing, subcontracting, ...).
  - Further development of product cost calculation solutions.
  - Development / further development of business warehouse solutions in the field of cost accounting (e.g.
     DRIVE).

6. Incident Management

 - Second level support to the local key user organization (controlling systems).
 - Solving user and system problems.
 - Coordination of all SAP CO relevant system issues with IT.
 - Advice and support to the controlling organization with respect to cost accounting.

7. Year End / Budget Activities

 - Advice and support in month- and year-end closure in cooperation with tire companies and central functions.
 - Advice and support in the budget process in cooperation with the tire companies and central functions.

8. Authorizations

 - Design and administration of authorization concepts for cost accounting.
 - SAP role definitions and review of critical roles in SAP CO.
 - Regular review of the role assignment of all tire companies.

9. Analysis

 - Support in the preparation of cross-company analyses in context with cost accounting.
 - Definition and introduction of key figure reporting solutions in controlling.

Education / Certification: Academic degree in Business Administration or information technology or a related field.

Professional Experience: Over three years of work experience in Controlling or related areas, project experience, interest in working with IT systems.

Project and/or Process Experience: Implementation and conceptual project experience.

Leadership Experience: Experience in leading project teams.

Intercultural / International Experience: Experience working in multicultural teams, able to travel on business trips
