Product Owner / Central Key User SAP-PM & PUMA

Shape the Future of Global Maintenance Systems

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner / Central Key User SAP-PM & PUMA to drive the continuous development, standardization, and global rollout of our maintenance management solutions.

In this role, you will act as the key interface between business users, plants, developers, consultants, and Central IT. You will help ensure that our SAP-PM and PUMA solutions deliver measurable value to maintenance organizations worldwide by improving system usability, process standardization, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the CMMS (SAP-PM/PUMA) product backlog, roadmap, and release planning;
• Act as the central point of contact for (local) key users, providing functional support and driving issue resolution;
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, system releases, and change management activities;
• Collaborate with Central IT, developers, consultants, and vendors to deliver system enhancements;
• Drive global process standardization and continuous improvement across all plants;
• Organize key user communities, best-practice sharing, and training activities;
• Maintain system documentation, knowledge bases, and user communications;
• Monitor KPIs and support initiatives to improve system performance, user adoption, and data quality.

• Academic degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process or Industrial Engineering, or other comparable qualification;
• 2+ years of experience in Maintenance, Asset Management, or Material Management;
• SAP user experience, ideally SAP PM;
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally more than 3 years);
• Professional experience with CMMS solutions and maintenance processes;
• Experience working in international projects and cross-functional environments;
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes and asset management;
• Knowledge of SAP PM and CMMS best practices;
• Familiarity with maintenance KPIs, reliability concepts, and process optimization;
• Experience with requirements management, testing, and release coordination;
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management (is a plus);
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and execution focus;
• Clear and open communication;
• Intercultural sensitivity and collaboration skills;
• Customer-oriented thinking;
• Proficient English language skills (written and verbal).
