Customer Service Representative Fleet Customer (German language): two-years fixed-term contract

• Kundenbetreuung für einen definierten Kundenstamm
• Neu- und Bestandskundenpflege im Warenwirtschaftssystem und Erstellung von Abwicklungsvorgaben für Filialen
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Vertriebsmitarbeiter und Filialen (1.200 Filialen)
• Telefonische Annahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen
• Bearbeitung von Rechnungsreklamationen und Gutschriften inkl. Kontenklärung
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Kundeneinstellungen im Order-To-Cash Workflow
• Übernahme von Zusatzaufgaben

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer Handelsorganisation bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft wünschenswert
• Kundenorientiertes Handeln
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-, ERP- und CRM-Programmen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Level C1)  sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohes Engagement und Leistungsbereitschaft
• Hohe Belastbarkeit  im Saisongeschäft speziell in der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit
• Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Lösungsorientierung
