Your tasks
In your role as Central Key User Finance & Accounting Systems Tires, you work as an interface between our Tires business and IT. You are in close contact with Tires business, Group Functions, the Central Key Users of different modules and our worldwide Tires accounting departments. As member of a global team, you take part and lead international projects and improvement initiatives in a wide range of accounting-related topics.
In this exciting job these are your tasks in detail:
Developing, standardizing, optimizing, and documenting financial reporting processes and structures for the Tires Sector
Ensuring compliance of local SAP FI set-up and processes with Group- (FIRE/ IFRS), legal- and tax reporting requirements
Joining and leading international projects (e. g. mergers, integrations, SAP implementations, Automatic Invoice Verification, S/4 HANA Roll-out…)
Aligning, prioritizing, and approving change requests in cooperation with business and IT departments
Training local key users
Maintaining audit-proof authorization structures in SAP FI
Assuring high quality standards in Tires’ Finance & Accounting processes and reported data
Collaborating with Group Accounting & Reporting, Group Purchasing, Tires Business Areas, Tires Invest Controlling, Cost-, Sales-, Procurement-Systems and other Group Sectors
Your profile
7 years+ of work experience in FI systems, Controlling and/or Accounting departments
Academic degree in business administration, business informatics, IT or an equivalent qualification
General knowledge of MS Office Software and SAP FI
Project management skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strength in analytic and conceptual thinking
Proactive and collaborative working style
Intercultural sensitivity
Professional working proficiency in English, Mandarin skills of advantage
