Senior IT Engineer Windows Client
Your tasks
- Design, configure, maintain ContiTech’s global Windows Client Environment based on Windows 11 and MDT
- Design, configure, maintain (future) Windows Client Environment based on Intune and Autopilot
- Design, implement, maintain global tools related to ContiTech’s Windows Client service (interfacing with Active Directory, MDT, SQL-based databases)
- Responsible for operational task, advanced testing & documentation within the Windows Client area
- Provider Management for 2nd and 3rd Level Provider
- Knowledge management and knowledge transfer to local IT Administrator community and external service providers
- Project coordination, work and project related tasks related to Windows Client
- Design, configure, maintain ContiTech’s global MAC Client environment (based on Intune)
Your profile
- Degree in IT System Engineer, Information Technology Degree, or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to work in a global distributed team
- Minimum 3 years experience in Windows (10) client area
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Good knowledge of network infrastructure and Active Directory integration
- Knowledge in Client deployment mechanisms (MDT, SCCM, etc.)
- Good knowledge of scripting (especially PowerShell)
- Good communication skills: Fluent in English language
- Good Knowledge of MacOS
- Basic Knowledge of SQL
- Other Competencies and Skills
- Service, teamwork and customer focus
- Working in virtual teams
- 2 to 3 years experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments
- Knowledge about ITIL, ITSM, SCRUM
