Manager Tax Reporting & Tax Accounting ContiTech (m/f/diverse) - REF92635Y

We are looking for a Tax Manager – Tax Reporting & Tax Accounting (m/fdiverse) to join our global tax team. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely tax reporting across budget, forecast, and actuals, while developing and implementing a robust tax reporting framework for the ContiTech Group. You will act as a key contact for German and international entities and support operational tax functions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work independently in a small global team with a broad range of responsibilities and close interaction with the business.

This role offers the opportunity to shape global tax reporting processes, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and build a strong international network across the ContiTech Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure secure execution of the tax reporting process (Budget, Forecast, Actual) in a global tax environment
• Prepare and review current and deferred tax calculations in accordance with IFRS (IAS 12) and local GAAP
• Act as a proactive point of contact for German and international group companies and provide support on the tax reporting system
• Prepare and maintain tax reporting instructions, guidelines, and accounting policies.
• Support Pillar 2 calculations and reporting, including relevant tax accounting implications
• Work independently with a strong focus on quality within a small global team, maintaining close communication with operational business units
• Drive automation initiatives for tax processes and reporting workflows using SAP and Business Intelligence tools

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in an international corporate environment or an accounting firm; a tax focus is desirable
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, local GAAP) and tax accounting principles
• High affinity for IT processes; strong MS Office skills; experience with SAP and tax reporting tools is highly desirable
• Awareness of tax-related issues and their impact on globally operating companies
• Interest in digitalization and ability to work with data analytics tools for tax risk monitoring
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and intercultural competence
