HR Internship - Continental Solution Center

Your tasks

The HRBP department at Continental Solution Center (CSC) is responsible for managing multiple HR processes, such as multiple recruitment and selection activities, coordination of onboarding activities or preparation for the integration of new employees. The internship project is designed to support the implementation and review of internal tools/resources (e.g., job mapping; replacement matrices; feedback interviews; reporting/dashboarding), both in terms of execution and monitoring/follow-up of ongoing activities, thereby contributing to their development and efficiency.

Main Goals:

  • Comprehend and participate in core HR functions, understanding their importance for the organization;
  • Provide support for recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new joiners into the organization;
  • Contribute to employee engagement and employer branding initiatives, focusing in talent retention and attraction;
  • Maintain HR Records, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, maintaining data quality requirements;
  • Develop professional skills essential for an HR career.

Your profile

  • Attending or with academic degree completed in Economics, HR, Management, or other relevant;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Solid English language skills (verbal and written);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools;
  • Data analytics skills and dashboarding (preferable);
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
  • High sense of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Able to collaborate on an inclusive and multicultural work environment.
