Your tasks

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational success and employee engagement.

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts.
  • Advise managers on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees on career development and HR-related matters.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in HR in an HRBP or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in HR data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Expertise in talent management, including performance management and succession planning
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Fluency in English.
