What You’ll Do

As a key member of our global HR IT team, you will:

  • Lead strategic HR IT initiatives with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Drive the implementation and enhancement of solutions across the broader HR IT landscape, including both SAP and non-SAP applications supporting Talent Management, Learning & Development, Feedback processes, Travel Management, Document Management, and Workforce Analytics.
  • Own the full project lifecycle: from roadmap definition to rollout, including stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, and internal resource management.
  • Drive innovation by exploring and implementing AI-powered features and automation within SAP SuccessFactors and beyond.
  • Optimize user experience by improving business processes and UI/UX design.
  • Promote global collaboration by sharing best practices and fostering knowledge exchange across our HR communities.

Your profile

What You Bring

  • Academic degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in Employee Central or another core module
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and how to translate them into scalable, user-centric IT solutions
  • Passion for data, digitalization, and AI in HR
  • Business fluent English (spoken and written)
  • High initiative and the ability to drive projects independently
  • Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills
