    Your profile

    • Academic background in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Quality);

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical role (engineering, production, or process-related);

    • Advanced English skills, both spoken and written;

    • International exposure through internships or academic exchange programs;

    • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset;

    • Project management experience is a plus;

    • Openness and availability for international travel.

    eXplore Tire Manufacturing & Engineering Graduate Program

    Duration: Up to 18 months

    Phase 1 – Practical Experience (10–16 months):
