Accountant I

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Analyze and reconcile various general ledger accounts monthly, including inventory and leasing accounts 

• Utilize lease accounting tool to calculate forecast and budget values in collaboration with Investment Controller 

• Prepare lease accounting reporting with input from multiple locations 

• Provide support for month-end closing, including journal entries and financial reporting  

• Perform financial analysis to support local and group reporting 

• Coordinate observation of physical inventory counts with external auditors and other locations 

• Prepare audit support files for inventory and leasing accounts 

• Plan and execute fixed asset inventory count for HQ and owned distribution centers 

• Assist with other special projects as needed, including PowerBI reporting.  

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 

• Strong understanding of accounting principles 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at multiple locations 

• High level of integrity and ethics
