Supply Chain Controller

The supply chain controller and risk analyst is primarily responsible for co-piloting and executing the supply chain strategy and driving cost improvement programs for the Race Tire operations worldwide. The incumbent will also be responsible for central controlling activities and custodian of internal audits and process improvement projects within Hoosier Finance & Controlling. 

Act as Co-pilot to the head of SCM by providing insightful financial reports and analysis of SCM KPIs.

Responsible for Logistics cost controlling and inventory management for the worldwide Race tire business.

Coordinating and reporting General Risk Assessment and Reporting (GRC).

Coordinating and reporting Responsible Value Chain reporting (RVC).

Consolidate, analyze, and report the Racing P&L, Balance sheet, and Headcounts for month end and FC (including FIRE closing).

Co-ordinate with BA Controlling for periodical reports like estimates, trends, monthly and budget packages, etc.

KOMPAS P&L Racing monthly forecast and actual cost reallocation process.

Coordinate budget and strategy processes with stakeholders (Sales, manufacturing, management, and BA). 

ICO markets coordination.

Review and conduct internal process audits, and lead process improvement and automation projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

5+ years experience
