  • Prepare recruitment materials and job posts.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Manage internal hiring tool.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.

  • Good English knowledge. 
  • Good computer skills, Microsoft Office package.
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks with supervision.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
