ECU Testing Engineer

• Testing station management/Documentation (Process flow chart, PFMEA, CP, OI)
• Introduce new testing system
• Perform machine/line acceptance, installation and setup
• Edit test programming on new model
• Debug and build new sample to delivery on time
• Improve test First Pass Yield and decrease scrap of production line
• Analyze quality issue and failure mode
• Operation process (Handling, material flow, ergonomics)
• Support on customer audit

Education

  - Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering

Professional Experience & skills 

-  Minimum 3 years professional experience in Test Engineering;

  -  Programming experience on C program language is a preference;

  -  Good command of written and oral English
