Software Engineer/ Senior software engineer
工作职责
We are looking Senior Software Engineer who is extremely passionate about front end and backend software development for our wide range of cloud-based web / mobile products targeted towards a wide range of industries and applications. You will be based in our new ground-breaking innovation hub with an atmosphere of start-up and get an opportunity to work and collaborate with internal and external technology specialist in areas of AI, IOT etc. Do you want to be a part of this exciting journey and make a difference?
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for software development and testing of moderate to complex topics
- Follow all the standards from Architecture team
- Collaborate with team members as needed to deliver the stories
- Responsible for assigned tech stories in release/sprints. Work closely with tech lead and SM to deliver the stories
- Support Build and deployment, Code reviews, Unit testing in the team
- Responsible for unit testing and quality of code
- Staying abreast of developments in areas of development technologies.
- Responsible for leading cybersecurity and data protection topics
- Support in hiring
Requirements:
- Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Node.js as the backend technology.
- Strong experience in building web front end using angular with relevant framework as the front-end technology
- Strong experience in working with Microservice Architecture
- Strong experience in working with AWS cloud platform
- Working with stakeholder on proposals and lead the conversation
- Experience of CI/CD tools and methodologies is a plus
- Experience in using various relevant tools for Unit Testing, Code quality, Build and Deployment, Repository etc
- Knowledge about Github Copilot and other similar tools
- Other skills
- Experience of agile software development methodologies
- Experience working in tools like JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins etc
- Collaborative, team player attitude and convinced that networking and knowledge sharing are key drivers for success
- up to date on the latest trends in the industry concerning classical data science, data mining, advanced analytics, etc.
- Willingness to sometimes travel nationally and internationally to various Continental R&D centers and external development partner locations
- Willingness to learn new things
职位要求
Experience
- Around 3-6 years of experience overall
- 3+ years in web/service development using tools similar to Angular, Node, NoSQL, TypScript, etc
- 2+ years in AWS services
- 2+ years in CICd topics
- 2+ years in using tools like Sonarqube, Datadog, Appdynamics, Firebase, Fastlane etc
- 3+ years in Agile delivery
- AWS certification is plus
Education
- BE in engineering with focus on computer science / software engineering
- MCA with professional experience
- Other relevant education streams with strong tech experiences can be considered
