Internship - Interdisciplinary Change Enabler - REF92777S

The main task of Platform Portfolio Management (PPM) is the implementation and active steering of new technologies in worldwide tire production plants. We consider business impact related to product performance, tire component complexity and material costs to steer the technology portfolio and implement it according to optimum business scenarios.

In this exciting environment at our location in Hanover-Stöcken, we are offering an internship starting mid February 2026 (or at least March). For the best possible learning experience, the internship should have a duration of about 6 months.

The focus of this internship is to support with project work and experience working within interdisciplinary project teams and high complexity interface management environments.

Tasks include:

• Develop and maintain clear, data-driven documentation and interactive dashboards to support strategic decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for follow-up actions
• Project work in an international environment with intensive use of MS Office programs and Tableau
• Maintaining project documentation

• Students (m/f/diverse) in Data-Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau or similar
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to automate data processes
• Excel Macro Programming capabilities is a plus
• Experience with common MS-Office tools (as MS Excel and Powerpoint) required
• Fluent English language skills, written and spoken
• Strong ability to work independently and find own path from task to solution
• Creative and self-driven mindset to improve efficiency (automation) of processes
• Proactive communication and good networking capabilities with colleagues of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to comprehend technical topics and express them to colleagues outside of the field of expertise
