工作职责

We are seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP QM solutions that enhance quality processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP QM module functionalities, integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, SD), and proven experience in delivering end-to-end SAP implementations or support in manufacturing or process industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP QM module to meet business requirements, including inspection planning, results recording, quality notifications, certificates, and audit management.
  • Design and implement end-to-end quality management processes within SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and enhancements.
  • Ensure seamless integration between QM and other SAP modules such as MM (Material Management), PP (Production Planning), PM (Plant Maintenance), and SD (Sales & Distribution).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QM processes with supply chain, production, and logistics operations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Work with business users to analyze system performance and optimize quality processes.
  • Prepare and execute test plans (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing).
  • Create user manuals, process documentation, and training materials for end users.
  • Engage with business process owners to understand requirements and propose effective SAP QM solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and system demonstrations for key stakeholders.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of hands-on SAP QM experience (implementation, support, or rollout).
  • Strong configuration knowledge of QM master data (inspection plans, characteristics, catalogs, sampling procedures, etc.).
  • Experience in integrating QM with MM, PP, and PM.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environment and Fiori apps for QM.
  • Understanding of SAP best practices and ASAP/Activate methodology.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
