SCT - Team Lead, Cybersecurity Operations

Provide disciplinary leadership to local cybersecurity team

Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team and organizational goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

Technical coach (Cybersecurity) of team members

Report the status to head of department, actively manage risks and perform timely escalations.

Drive internal vulnerability management processes across our organization

Guide internal project teams on vulnerability management practices and norm

Monitor information sources for vulnerabilities and threats affecting automotive products

Work with researchers on new attack methodologies and techniques

Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant major with minimum 3 years’ experience in project management (Product Cybersecurity) or people management.

4+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management and Incident Response

Demonstrated leadership qualities in leading people

Experience in coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and process good emotional intelligence.

Problem solving skills and experience in managing stakeholders.

Strong in verbal and written communication, presentation, and moderation skills.

Profound knowledge of automotive security and privacy methods and approaches

Good knowledge of engineering processes, the PLC and MLC

Strong networking, collaboration, and business development skills
