SAM_136_Mechanical Engineer

Responsible for product mechanical design at segment in BU PSS China for new development and mass products based on customer requirements by defined processes and guidelines.
Responsible for design as  independent engineer without other helps and mentoring engineers
Train and coach others, support on team competence improvement. 
Expertise on certain complexity ME areas (Technology, process, methods, key customer). 

ME PM area :
ME project management, Conduct project estimation, plan, tracking, resource organization, release, report, escalation 
ME engineering area :
ME requirement engineering
ME design, check & release in system, ME data create or maintain in system
Perform or coordinate Mechanical test 
Support / cooperate with other related functions internal / external
