工作职责

  • Coordinate, implement, and manage compensation programs aligned with regional market trends and company goals
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Conduct annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide compensation guidance and insights

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in compensation or total rewards, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Good knowledge of compensation practices and labor regulations in the US and Mexico
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
