We are seeking a highly skilled ASCM Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our supply chain management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives to optimize our organization's supply chain operations and drive cost savings.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage complex contract negotiations with vendors
- Analyze market trends, supply chain risks, and opportunities to inform procurement decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve procurement processes
- Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators and generate actionable insights
- Implement and maintain best practices in procurement policies and procedures
- Stay current with industry trends and ASCM standards to drive continuous improvement in procurement operations
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- ASCM certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Proficiency in data analysis and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Expertise in global sourcing, supply chain optimization, and cost reduction strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
