(Senior) Material Developer - Rubber Technology (m/f/diverse) R&D Tires - REF84814O

• Develop cutting edge material technologies for tread and body applications (CVT and PLT) and enable best in class products worldwide
• Leading of and participating in Rubber Technology project(s)
• Communicate and document know-how regarding rubber technologies, including the translation of general component functionality in tire to compound properties
• Support and provide guidance to colleagues from other departments regarding rubber technology related topics
• Participate as a team member in other R&D projects
• Maintain a strong and trust based network with key interfaces

• Academic degree in chemistry or natural sciences
• Ideally, first professional experience in compounding and / or rubber chemistry
• High customer focus and interface management competence
• Analytical, goal-oriented and innovative approach
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
