Material Planning Specialist Jr.

• Responsible of on time procurement of Raw material, using effectively our systems and having direct communication with suppliers and find the best solutions to optimize time, costs and resources.
• Set up and maintenance of Materials on SAP according to the plant demands.
• Work together with Customer Demand Planner on Ramp up / Phase out of programs
• Daily follow up on Material shortage risk and over shipments from suppliers
• RMAs
• Escalation on supplier delays to avoid impacts in production.
• To assure a correct and efficient supply of raw material for production through the use of available tools and systems; make sure there is an effective communication channel with suppliers and stablish a control of stock levels, minimize the time flow of the items and related costs

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related
• Advanced level of English Indispensable
• Previous knowledge in SAP will be a strong plus
• At least 2 years of experience in related field ( materials, demand planner, supply chain ) is required.
• Strong Excel knowledge
