Travel & Expense Associate / Analyst


  • Perform daily AppZen audit for expenses filed by employees in SAP Concur
  • Manage email and phone inquiries received from employees
  • Perform employee reconciliation
  • Generate weekly past due report and perform card cancellation & user
  • deactivation
  • Serves as Card Program Administrator performing Bank of America card
  • creation and Concur password reset
  • Execute daily SM35 clearing
  • Support Travel & Expense related projects & initiatives


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related courses
  • Preferably with knowledgeable / trained in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies

Professional Experience:

  • 2-4 years work experience related to travel & expense
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Transaction processing in high volume environment preferred
  • Experience handling / participating in process improvement initiatives through internship
  • Willing to learn and have the positive attitude towards work
