工作职责
1. Target of the on-site backend expert is to ensure reliable process set up with maximum quality/yield, EOL test availability, as well as supplier management (wafer & package)
2. Ensure correct process set up with highest quality in all backend processes at OSAT such as wafer sawing, backgrinding, die attach, wire bond, overmold
3. Ensure usage of specified mateirals over the full process chain
Control and maintain EOL test setup with support from Frankfurt IE team and EOL tool supplier to ensure correct functionality and full availability of EOL test system
4. Monitor process data to avoid/ react on yield drop
5. Creation and maintanance of failure catalog

Drive A3/8D creation at supplier
6. Coordination of annual qualification activites
7.Perform VDA 6.3 and process audits
