Local IT Intern for Develop Automation and Replacement of Mobile Devices

Project: Analysis, implementation and execution of automations for the process of mobile devices replacement.

Mobile replacements:

• Deliver mobile  devices replacement  to the end user
• Basic installation and configuration
• In special cases help with information backup
• Registration in control inventories
• Guide the user before and after the replacement
• Notification and follow-up to each user
• Sending of esign for assignment mobile device
• Management of purchases of replacement mobile device, from approvals, ticket generation, billing review and registration.

Automation

Analysis of the current process and implementation the automations to:

• Request for replacement cell phones to the provider 1 month in advance
• Updating of inventories regarding changes in the information of the user assigned to a cellular line
• Sending monthly reports to the owner of the cost centers of the lines
• Notification to the user for the update mobile OS

Results presentation

Present weekly results by creating Power BI dashboards:

• Total of actual devices by cost center
• Monthly line rental and additional expenses
• Total cell phones replaced and goal

Study Background : System Engineering  or regarding Information Technology

Language:  English (Basic Level)

IT Know How:

Hardware: Identify hardware components and devices as well as understand their uses and connection.

Operating Systems: Know the windows OS Mobile installations and support.

Software troubleshooting: Kwon ho to troubleshoot computer and mobile devices

Networks: Know the different types of networks and LAN and WAN connections.

Automation: Knowledge of technology and software to perform tasks with little human intervention.

Data Analysis: Knowledge of Data Analysis through interactive interfaces, reports and dashboards.
