HR Specialist - Recruitment & Selection

工作职责

Recruiting:

  • Specific selection of required profiles with HR Business Partner (e.g., vacancy request, remuneration structure, specifications)
  • Creating/setting job applications considering target group-specific corporate wording

Sourcing:

  • Recruiting activities
  • Selection of suitable sourcing channels
  • Support for innovative recruiting methods

Screening:

  • Paper-based preselection of incoming applications (completeness and quality/plausibility of application documents)
  • Collection of missing documents (e.g., diplomas, certificates)

Preselection/Selection:

  • Selection of candidates and setting up a shortlist
  • Execution of telephone and job interviews
  • Evaluation and adjustment of selection tools
  • Organization, planning, and execution of assessment centers

Others:

  • Participation in recruiting events
  • Cooperation in EB&R projects

职位要求

  • Bachelor's degree: Administration, Human Resources or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting
  • Knowledge:
    • Recruiting processes
    • ATS tools
    • MS Office programs
  • Advanced English (No mandatory)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Assertiveness and problem-solving ability
