Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, including accurate and timely processing of all purchase invoices and control of the purchase ledger.   • Responsible for processing all purchase invoices
  • Responsible for checking invoices are coded to correct GL codes and cost centres
  • Processing supplier debit notes
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with invoices, e.g. incorrect pricing or quantity discrepancies
  • Liaising with suppliers and collaborating with other departments to resolve queries
  • Timely scanning of accounts payable related documents
  • Reconciliation of key supplier statements
  • Checking and clearing GR/IR accounts
  • Preparation and posting of accounts payable related month end accruals
  • Processing purchase card statements
  • Processing expense claims
  • Control and processing of petty cash
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as requested

职位要求

  • Must have accounts payable experience in a large international multicurrency environment.
  • Ideally AAT part or fully qualified.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • SAP accounting software experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of VAT required - basic rules affecting UK and international invoices.
