SAP PP Consultant - IT (TM)

In the area of automotive IT business application production planning, we offer you a challenging and interesting position as an IT Senior SAP PP Consultant.
In a team, you develop global solutions in the planning environment and are jointly responsible for our existing planning solutions in the SAP ERP PP and SAP APO PP/DS module and later in SAP S/4 Hana.

Your tasks in detail:

• Independent analysis and solution finding based on different scenarios, development of the conception and implementation of business requirements in close cooperation with international departments and external service providers based on the SAP standards;
• Project management for development and implementation of software solutions for production planning;
• Customizing / implementation of the APO system PP/DS in new plants;
• Maintenance and extension of introduced applications throughout the product life cycle based on the incident and change management process;
• Supervision / optimization of the production planning solutions;
• Creation of partially complex IT concepts within the framework of our SAP template approach;
• Implementation of security regulations including creation of authorization concepts and implementation in our role concept;
• Global IT support of our production planners in the plants;
• Extensively responsible collaboration with global teams inside and outside of IT. Close cooperation in your own team and with adjacent areas (MM / SD / IMWM...);
• Work together with the departments on the sustainable use of production planning solutions and implement them independently. Keyword living standards;

• Completed degree in information technology or comparable qualification;
• Several years of professional experience in the area of SAP ERP module PP / SAP APO PP/DS (as a consultant or developer) in an international environment desirable;
• Knowledge of SAP PP and APO PP/DS (knowledge of related modules advantageous);
• Knowledge of logistical procedures and processes in production planning is advantageous;
• Knowledge of customizing, the workbench;
• Knowledge of APO Core Interface (CIF) desirable;
• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging;
• Sound skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• Fluent written and spoken German and English;
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and a structured way of working as well as fun working independently;
• Project management experience;
• Intercultural Competence.
