• 在读大专及以上学生，专业不限，理工科背景优先
• 良好的电脑操作技能，熟练使用MS Office及相关办公软件
• 良好的英文读写能力
• 具备基本的实验操作技能和实验室安全知识
• 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
• 细致认真，具备较强的责任心和学习能力
• 每周至少实习4-5天，实习期不少于6个月
