Local IT Coordinator Aguascalientes - Greenfield

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Local IT Manager to join our team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. As the Local IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and driving technological innovation within our organization.

• Lead and manage the local IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems
• Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Collaborate with global IT teams to standardize processes and implement best practices
• Develop and manage IT budgets, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with local IT regulations and industry standards
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and systems
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements as needed
• Provide regular reports on IT performance, projects, and initiatives to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT management roles, with a proven track record of successful project implementations
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing IT teams
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, and cybersecurity
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are preferred
• Understanding of local IT regulations and compliance requirements in Mexico
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technological landscapes
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
