Customer Quality Engineer

工作职责

1. Quality-related direct contact with customers
2. Deal with daily customer quality complaints, collect and sort out the status of customer complaints
3. Timely feedback customer complaints to relevant departments, and organize and implement measures for rapid response
4. Responsible for the writing of 8D reports and communication with customers until the case is closed
5. Responsible for the long-term follow-up of the client's PPM, data collection and collation, and continuous improvement
6. Promote the continuous improvement of product quality in the internal quality department
7. Participate in and respond to customer 8D/PPAP/process audits
8. Learn about PPAP production & submission

职位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics or mechanical related majors
2. More than 5 years of CQE work experience, familiar with the customer complaint handling process of auto parts (understand automotive braking system, such as: ESC, Onebox, ADAS products are preferred)
3. Familiar with the production process, manufacturing process, test methods, and quality standards of FAB, semiconductor packaging and SMT is preferred
4. Familiar with the use of quality management tools and methods, such as 8D, FMEA and other quality tools

5. Experience in VW, SGM, Chery, Xiaomi OEM is preferred

6. Good expression, communication, organization and coordination skills, able to work under pressure

7. Have a good team spirit
