SW Product Owner


- Responsible for the activity definition and deliverables of a SW agile team
- Analyze OEM requirements and provide logical connections to the overall system
- Own and manage the team backlog by collaborating with the team to derive plan, delivery scope, estimations, goals and gaining a team commitment
- Ensure SW Project Plan is followed with the defined processes and perform tailoring optional activities according to the project’s needs
- Lead and drive SW development activities, inclusive of requirement and architecture, design and implementation, integration and validations are executed in the team
- Manage problems and changes including impacts to project timing and cost
- Perform risk assessment, control the implementation of risk measure
- Manage technical relationships with all internal project team, external stakeholders and suppliers
- Regular report the status to Project Management and Line Management
- Full responsibility in driving good Quality, Timely Delivery and Effective Cost solution for the organization



- Bachelor or above degree in in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering
- More than 5 years and less than 15 years experienced in team(more than 5 members) leading
- Advanced programming skills in C, C++ 
- Experience in embedded and real time programming
- Knowledge specific to Automotive software(AUTOSAR, CAN, Ethernet, UDS, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAFe Process, Agile scaling and Product owner is preferred
- Good skills and knowledge of leadership, presentation, conflict resolution, risk management, negotiation, continual improvement and empowerment
- Fluent or advanced level in written and spoken English
- Ability to work with a global organization effectively
