Management of all sales & marketing activities and development / maintenance of dealer & retail network in the assigned geography to achieve planned sales for sustained growth profitably.

Lead and supervise a team of Sales Personnel efficiently for realizing operative & strategic goals of Organization. 

Bachelors/Post Grads degree in Marketing / Mangement/Degree in Engineering. Preferablely MBA

Exposure to Projects & Process desirable.

5-8 years in an organisation with large Retail network in India
