Ensures the achievement of the Mexico sales and profitability goals for DS. Coordinates the definition and drives the implementation of efficient sales operations and processes for DS in the Mexican market. Manages the channel mix for Digital Solutions, including telematics and other technology providers. Identifies new business opportunities for upcoming DS. Expands network of adequate / certified installation partners for DS. Gives input to continuous further development / improvement of DS according to customer needs and competitive landscape. Explores and sets up new business models including payment models, sales channels and distribution concepts for ContiConnect and other DS within Mexico. Ensures availability of training concepts and material as enabler for Continental's successful positioning as Solutions Provider. Defines, communicates and supervises the implementation of the required organizational resources and structures in the market, enabling efficient support of Continental's DS business activities. Drives and coordinates, together with the respective Marketing departments, the implementation of all necessary Pricing, Communications and other Marketing support elements for DS. Supports Product Management activities for DS in Mexico. Drive and manage DS strategy from vision to realization. Develop and implement a go-to-market plan working with all regions to execute. Develop metrics to measure success of DS products in Mexico. Develop key product documentation including business cases, business requirements, etc. Increase Sales team’s ability to sell the DS by distributing marketing materials, organizing product training, knowledge transfer, and sales support. Gather information to support the creation of case studies, testimonials and white papers about customers and/or partners and coordinate publication. Build good relationships with team members, ensuring a high level of team morale. Excellent written communication skills in delivering an understanding of vision, strategy and execution of product plans. Participation in Americas PPT for Digital Solutions. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market, industry, and competitive products.
