Head of Quality Management FF

▪ Leading FFSMY Q team  and  responsible for all  quality issue handling for below task:
▪ FFSMY Q team management, Quality KPI monitor, team built and coach.
▪ Customer quality issue handling, audit, return part analysis, customer quality performance monitor and improvement.
▪ Production quality control and NCC scrap reduction.
▪ New project launch together with project team, line release, 
▪ 4M change monitoring  from application till to final release.
▪ CQTS tool mentainence , PCN/PTN case handling.

▪ FFSMY  Q team, focus on customer issue handling, production quality control and project quality asurance,
▪ Report to plant Q head ,
▪ Direct lead at least 2 teams 

▪ Quality Management and Quality Tool using

▪ English

▪ Engneering background for mechanical or electronic part
