Process Setting Operator (HP)

Responsible to continuously monitor and maintain the process settings of the production machines, to ensure that the product-specifications are within defined tolerances. Conduct capability studies, process trials and root-cause analyses in order to improve technical processes with respect to process capability, 
-efficiency and -scrap. Responsible for process related tasks within respective Business team area and interfaces to other Business teams.
Position has direct influence on machine performance, process stability and product quality. 

Degree from Technical Collage or comparable insitute.min. 2 years experience in manufacturing plant, preferrably in tire manufacturing
