THE POSITION

The Account Manager, Commercial Vehicles OEM has overall responsibility for the management and extension of relations, as well as development of business with target customer(s). This position will be responsible for the commercial vehicle OEM product line.

  • He or she develops and tracks the business strategy for the target customer(s) and defines appropriate measures for the successful execution of the respective strategy.
  • This position represents the interface, (internally and externally) for the needs of the target customer(s), taking an active role focused on revenue generation, growth, and critical task management.
  • The ideal candidate has experience selling within the Commercial Vehicle OEM market, specifically for OEM customers like Volvo, Navistar International and Tesla.

职位要求

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Engineering)
  • 5 years of overall relevant work experience.
  • Commercial practice or technical sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate with engineers and have a good technical aptitude.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity.
  • This role is an internal only position, external applications will not be considered for this role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Commercial Vehicle OEM markets preferred.
  • Engineering/technical background preferred.
  • Experience selling air spring systems is a plus.
