工作职责

The General Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities relating to conveyor belt service.

  • Price and bid customer projects.
  • Schedule service work to meet customer expectations.
  • Comply with company policies and applicable state and governmental regulations.
  • Promote safe work practices.
  • Effectively manage employees.
  • Achieve revenue/financial objectives
  • Consult with customers to ensure quality and satisfaction of work.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Ensure technicians are properly trained and equipped for the job.
  • Field supervision and assistance including project and safety inspections, customer visits, and performance evaluation.

职位要求

  • High School Diploma, College Degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in the mining/conveyor belt service industry.
  • Knowledge of conveyor belt and components
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.   
  • Basic computer knowledge Preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Preferred.
