IT Engineer

• Provide first-line support to end-users regarding IT issues and inquiries.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure security and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
• Support for IT Audits (Internal or Externals)
• Be familiar with Coding and Software development tools (Phython, java, C++, HTML etc.) 

Engineering in CS and ECE or equivalent.
